Backdraft Racing at the Cars on 5th in Naples Florida - Saturday 12 February 2011!

 The day started off with some rain in the early morning, but it cleared up by 8:30 and turned out to be yet another great car show as every year. Great part about this show is that there is such a wide variety of motorcars to be seen, right from the very top end exotic motorcars, through to rat rods, supped up truck and motorcycles.
The show is hosted by the Naples Ferrari Club, who should be commended for their efforts in organizing yet another excellent show.  
Backdraft brought 3 Roadsters out to demonstrate both our RT3 and RT3 B turnkey models, to the public. 

RT3 - Monterey Red with white stripes with tan interior.  Under the hood a Ford Racing 427 motor 530 hp.










RT3 B - Black with carbon fiber stripes and orange pin stripes.  All chrome and polished surfaces have been powder coated black.  This model had the new Coyote 5.0 motor installed, 412 hp.  This model caught everyone's attention.










RT3 B - Abudarbi blue with gold stripes and black outline.  Again all polished and chrome surfaces powder coated in a grey finish.  The knock-off wheels had gold painted centers.  Under the hood a Ford racing 427, with 530 hp.

 

Family Day at Barret Jackson

The truck had a blowout before reaching the auction but we still managed to get the cars there on time



Today was family day at Barret Jackson. It was the first day that the public got to see what the vendors had on display and the cars that are going to be going across the block.

Backdraft Show Season Starts with Barret Jackson Auction

Backdraft Racing's 2011 show season has officially started . Our cars left our shop in Boynton Beach today heading to Barret Jackson in AZ. The auction officially starts next week. After the week in AZ our display cars will be moving to CA for the Grand National Roadster Show in Pomona, CA.

Grabber Blue - Coyote 5.0

Backdraft Racing is proud to present our second Roadster to sport the new Coyote 5.0 engine.  We are very excited by the new Coyote 5.0 motor and expect this will become a popular engine choice of the future.  The motor offers modern technology, fuel injection, increased horsepower and very affordable pricing.
The roadster of choice is new choice of color, named "Grabber Blue".  The blue is complemented with a silver tri-wide stripe with black pin stripes on the outer edge.
